this is a great door gym, it works as advertised. Easy assembly and fits on most doors like it says it does. It’s a really good space-saving equipment. I’ve been using it as a chin up and pull up bar and have noticed improvements in my arms and chest.
The only thing I didn’t like about this product is the extra ab loops and broad reach bars, they’re pretty useless! Save your money & just buy the door gym without the extras.
